Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online order within a certain period. This is called the right of withdrawal. On this page, we inform you about your rights and the procedure.

1. What is the Right of Withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is the legal right of consumers to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. At SignageShopp, we offer you an extended cooling-off period of 30 days.

2. Cooling-off Period

The cooling-off period begins:

• Single product: The day after you (or a third party designated by you) received the product
• Multiple products: The day after you received the last product of the order
• Regular delivery: The day after you received the first product
• Services: The day after the agreement was concluded

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made products or products that are clearly personal in nature (e.g., custom signage with your logo or text)
• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken
• Products that have been irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery due to their nature
• Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if performance has begun with your express consent

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Let us know unambiguously within the cooling-off period that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. This can be done via:

   • The model withdrawal form (see below)
   • Via your account on signageshopp.com
2. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
3. The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and labels

After receiving your withdrawal notification:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs
• The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product
• We use the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise
• Any costs for a more expensive shipping option than standard will not be refunded

7. Withdrawal Costs

• Return shipping: The direct costs of returning the product are at your expense
• Depreciation: If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, a depreciation fee may be charged

8. Obligations of SignageShopp

• We will confirm your withdrawal notification promptly by email
• We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product
• We will inform you in advance of exceptions to the right of withdrawal
