Refund Policy

At SignageShopp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not satisfied? You can easily return your order. Below you will find all information about our refund policy and procedure.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. This exceeds the statutory 14-day period.

• The return period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product
• For multiple products in one order: the day you receive the last product
• For regular delivery: the day you receive the first product

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in the original packaging (if possible)
• Complete with all labels and accessories
• Not custom-made or personalized

2.1 Excluded from Return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products (custom signage)
• Products sealed for hygienic reasons where the seal has been broken
• Products that by their nature cannot be returned
• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life

3. Return Procedure

To return a product, follow these steps:

1. Register your return via your account on signageshopp.com or send an email to [email protected] with your order number
2. Receive the return form – we will send you a return form and possibly a shipping label
3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging with the return form inside
4. Ship the package within 14 days of your return notification
5. Receive your refund – within 14 days of receiving the return package

4. Costs

• Return shipping: Return shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong delivery was made
• Refund of shipping costs: For a full return, the original standard shipping costs will also be refunded
• Depreciation: If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, a depreciation fee may be charged

5. Refund

After approval of your return, you will receive the refund via the same method as your original payment:

• Refund period: Within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned product
• Payment method: Refund via the original payment method
• Bank processing time: It may take 3-5 business days for the bank to process the refund

6. Defective or Damaged Products

Did you receive a defective or damaged product? Please contact us as soon as possible:

• Send an email to [email protected] with photos of the defect
• Include your order number and a description of the problem
• We will offer a replacement product or full refund
• Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by SignageShopp

7. Exchange

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size, color or model? Return the original product following the procedure above and place a new order. We will process the refund for the original product as quickly as possible.
