Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Tip Top Systemen B.V., located at Robert Peereboomweg 18 E10, 2031 BC Haarlem and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 70863636 (VAT number NL858489570B01).

1. Definitions

• SignageShopp: Tip Top Systemen B.V., the seller of products via signageshopp.com
• Customer: The natural or legal person entering into an agreement with SignageShopp
• Agreement: Any arrangement or order between SignageShopp and the Customer
• Product: All goods offered by SignageShopp
• Website: signageshopp.com, including all subdomains

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from SignageShopp and to every agreement between SignageShopp and the Customer. Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Offers and Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT (21%), unless stated otherwise. SignageShopp reserves the right to change prices. A price change does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

• Prices include 21% VAT for consumer orders
• Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout
• Obvious errors in prices are not binding on SignageShopp
• Offers are valid while stock lasts

4. Orders and Agreement

An agreement is established when SignageShopp confirms the order in writing (by email). SignageShopp reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.

The Customer guarantees that the information provided is correct and complete. SignageShopp is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment must be made via one of the payment methods offered on the website:

• iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Klarna (pay later, subject to approval)
• Bank transfer (for business orders)

In the event of late payment, the Customer is in default by operation of law. SignageShopp is entitled to charge statutory interest and extrajudicial collection costs.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address specified by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the Customer to compensation or termination, unless the delay exceeds 30 days. 7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). SignageShopp offers an extended return period of 30 days.

8. Warranty

SignageShopp guarantees that the products conform to the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the Customer. The statutory warranty (conformity guarantee) always applies.

• Manufacturer warranty according to manufacturer specifications
• Warranty does not apply in case of improper use, normal wear and tear, or self-inflicted damage
• Warranty claims must be reported within 2 months of discovery

9. Liability

SignageShopp's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. SignageShopp is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or missed savings. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of SignageShopp.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, and software, belong to SignageShopp or its licensors. Nothing from this website may be reproduced, stored, or published without prior written permission from SignageShopp.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

All agreements between SignageShopp and the Customer are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation.

Consumers can also submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the court of Noord-Holland has jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these terms is void or voidable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
• SignageShopp may amend these terms; amendments take effect 30 days after publication
• These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law
